The Rathdrum Prairie Foundation was born from a simple observation: our community's growth was outpacing the resources available for our young athletes. We saw talented kids sidelined by lack of equipment and teams struggling to find quality practice space. Founded in 2026, we ensure every child has the chance to play, grow, and succeed.

By bridging the critical funding gap, providing top-tier equipment, and creating premium practice spaces, we ensure that every child has the golden opportunity to learn teamwork, build lifelong resilience, and achieve true success right here in our vibrant local community.

I am a devoted wife, mother, local business owner, and community advocate. I own The UPS Store locations in Hayden and Coeur d’Alene and serve as a substitute teacher in the Lakeland School District. I feel deeply called to serve my community, bring people together, and create opportunities for children to learn, grow, and flourish. I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of local families and helping build a stronger future for the community I am proud to call home.

I am a local father of three school-aged children who are all active in youth sports. Having owned a business in our community and worked in school districts, I understand the vital role local athletics play in youth development. Over the years, I’ve coached youth from Jr. Tackle and flag football through high school programs. I’m passionate about building strong sports opportunities for our kids—not just for the game, but to teach sportsmanship, teamwork, and the hard work required to succeed in every aspect of life.
Brandon Hallum

I am a local father of three children, with two currently in high school and one attending the University of Idaho. I have seen firsthand the benefits all three have received from youth sports and the positive impact athletics can have on personal growth and development. As a business leader and former youth coach, I understand the important role sports play in teaching teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and perseverance. I am passionate about creating opportunities that help young people build character and develop the skills needed to succeed both on and off the field.
